Today, after upgrading to latest version (18.104.22.1682), Skipper was unable to check license:
failed: Couldn't connect to server
Proxy settings: url:-, port:-, loginpass:-]
Can you check your firewall and network settings, please?
Our license servers are running without a problem and also no-one else reported any issue.
Sorry, i had a wifi application limiter app running and it was blocking Skipper to access internet.
