ORM Designer 2.1.7.707, MVC: Other, ORM: Doctrine 1
When I open a project and just delete entities, I can see the dirty flag not being set in the title bar and obviously the confirmation dialog does not appear when I exit without doing any other action.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open existing project
2. Delete any entity
3. Click the X or "File" -> "Exit Application"
Edit: On Doctrine2-projects the flag is not visible in the title bar, but the confirmation dialog appears.
